How to lose 10 pounds in two days.

The solution of over weight is following these steps. You will lose 10 pounds in two days. The first step you have to wake up early to exercise such as running, swimming and aerobics around 1 hour in the morning. Before eat breakfast, you must drink 1 cup of water. After you eat banana and yogurt fat free, you drink 1 cup of water again. The next step you should try to walk around during the day. Before eat lunch 1 hour, you must drink 2 cups of water. You should try to eat less meat and eat more salad. Try to eat fish or chicken as lunch not dinner. Then you have to drink 3-4 cups of water during the day. The final step is to start eating dinner early around 5 pm. Before taking dinner 1 hour, you must drink 2 cups of water. You can choose to eat steam fish with green apple or salad with a few piece of ham. After 6pm, stop to eat everything except water only. If you follow these steps in 2 days, you will lose your weight.
